1. Description of Service
iGentor is a SaaS platform that provides an AI-powered WhatsApp automation agent, booking management, CRM, campaign, and analytics tools for business owners.
The service requires an active WhatsApp account linked via QR code. You are responsible for complying with WhatsApp's Terms of Service when using the platform.
2. Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You may not share your account or use the platform to process messages on behalf of another business without a separate subscription.
3. Acceptable Use
You may not use iGentor to send spam, unsolicited commercial messages, or content that violates applicable law.
You may not reverse-engineer, resell, or sublicense the platform. Automated scraping of the platform is prohibited.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
4. Billing and Plans
Paid plans are billed monthly. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Token usage above your plan limit is not automatically charged; the service will throttle when the limit is reached.
We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
5. Free Trial
New accounts receive a 30-day Pro trial with no credit card required. At the end of the trial period the account moves to the Starter plan unless upgraded.
6. AI-Generated Content
The AI agent generates replies automatically. You are responsible for reviewing the agent's configuration and for any messages sent on your behalf. iGentor does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, iGentor shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
9. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 14 days notice of material changes via email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
