Information We Collect
Account information: When you register, we collect your name, email address, and Google account details via Google OAuth.
Business data: Configuration you provide — including your agent system prompt, business hours, services, and contact lists — is stored on your account.
WhatsApp message data: When you connect a WhatsApp number, incoming and outgoing messages processed by the AI agent are stored encrypted on your account.
Usage data: We collect aggregate usage metrics — such as message volume and token consumption — to operate the service and enforce plan limits.
How We Use Information
To operate and improve the iGentor platform and deliver the services you have subscribed to.
To enforce plan quotas, send billing notifications, and process payments.
To provide customer support and respond to your inquiries.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your conversation data to train AI models.
Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on servers located in the European Union or United States depending on your region. We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest.
WhatsApp session keys and sensitive third-party credentials (such as Google OAuth tokens) are encrypted at the application layer using authenticated AES-256-GCM field-level encryption before they are written to the database, in addition to encryption at rest. Message content is likewise encrypted at the database level.
Third-Party Services
We integrate with Google (OAuth, Calendar), WhatsApp via the WhatsApp Web API, and Telegram for optional owner notifications. External automation tools such as Zapier or Make can trigger your agent via signed webhooks. Payment links you configure may point to any checkout provider you choose.
AI inference is powered by large language model providers (currently Google Gemini). Conversation snippets are sent to the model API to generate responses. These providers are contractually bound not to use your data for training.
Data Retention and Deletion
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Settings page. Upon deletion, data is permanently removed within 30 days.
We retain anonymised aggregate statistics (message count, token count) that cannot be linked back to your account.
Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@igentor.com.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
Google API Services — Limited Use
iGentor's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We only request the Google Calendar (calendar.readonly, calendar.events) scopes necessary to provide the appointment-booking features described above, and we use that data only to provide or improve those features.
We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as needed to provide or improve these features, for security purposes, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger or acquisition with prior notice. We do not use Google user data for advertising, and we never sell it.
We do not allow humans to read your Google user data except with your affirmative consent for specific messages, where necessary for security or to comply with law, or when the data is aggregated and anonymized. Calendar and email content is processed by automated systems. You can disconnect Google at any time from Settings → Integrations, which revokes our access.
Email Marketing
With your explicit opt-in consent, we send product updates and marketing emails using Klaviyo, our email service provider. We share your email address and basic profile attributes (such as language/locale, plan tier, and signup source) with Klaviyo solely to deliver and personalize these communications.
Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time. Unsubscribing stops marketing emails but not essential transactional or service messages (such as booking confirmations). Klaviyo processes this data as our service provider under its own privacy commitments.
Cookies & Analytics
We use a privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics tool (Umami) that requires no consent. Optional analytics that set cookies — Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager — load only after you accept cookies in our consent banner; declining keeps them disabled.
You can change your choice at any time by clearing the iGentor cookie-consent setting in your browser storage. Essential cookies required for the application to function (such as authentication) are always active.
